The Virginia Correctional Counseling Association (VCCA) is a non-profit organization composed of individuals who share a common interest in the treatment and rehabilitation of criminals. 

The key mission of the VCCA remains public safety and our objectives and goals are geared toward future aspirations and endeavors.  To maintain a forum where ideas and information can be shared with other professionals, to ensure continuity of treatment, with the goal of reducing recidivism when an inmate is returned to society and to act as a service organization to the citizens of the Commonwealth of Virginia are just a few goal setting techniques.
